These Terms of Service govern your use of the KeyAdmit website (keyadmitprep.com) and the purchase of any products or services offered by KeyAdmit. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

KeyAdmit provides admissions coaching services for Sciences Po and the Columbia University Dual BA programme, including application review, interview coaching, and full programme support. We also sell digital products including PDF guides delivered electronically.

2. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of PDF guides and other digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered to your email address. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive any right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive in relation to digital content supplied immediately upon purchase.

If you have not received your product within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us at contact@keyadmitadmissions.com and we will resend it promptly.

3. Coaching Services — Cancellation

For coaching sessions booked via Calendly, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Please contact us to reschedule wherever possible.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our digital products — including text, guides, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of KeyAdmit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any KeyAdmit content without express written permission. Purchased digital products are licensed for personal use only.

5. Disclaimer of Results

KeyAdmit provides coaching and preparation support. We do not guarantee admission to any programme. Admissions decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions and are beyond our control. Our coaching is designed to maximise your preparation, not to guarantee outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyAdmit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
